ETA on Bank Feeds in Accounts Hosted

Hi Reckon,

We are currently using Accounts Hosted and i have just selected a few bank accounts to the online bank feeds. How will i know when the process is completed? Will my home screen change? How long till the process is complete? Thank you

    Good morning @StaceyL123,

    I just would like a little bit more information here, did you create the bank feeds in https://portal.reckon.com/ that are to be linked to your Reckon Accounts Hosted company file?

    Depending on which type of feed you have selected and what bank account it you are with it can vary.

    Open Banking is instant and should have feeds loading within 30 minutes.

    Direct feed forms can take up to 7 - 10 business days.

    Yodlee is also instant and transactions will flow through within hours.

    You should see the status updates in your bank feed management page as the feed becomes active and you are able to choose a bank account that is in your company file for the transactions to flow into for you.

    Nothing will change on your home screen, but you will need to head over to the Customer Portal, once you are ready to start FastCoding your transactions so they import into the file.

    Hi,

    I did the process via my chart of accounts and selected online bank through there. Is that a direct feed?

    This is a multiple step process, could you please take a look at our knowledge article on how to setup Bank Feeds.

    There is a set process connect your bank to your software so that transaction data can be sent over and there are a few ways to do so listed here:

    Thank you both for your advice. i ended up calling Reckon Community Support for their assistance. It turned out to be more difficult than i thought.
