Add 'Search Panes' and 'Account Codes' in Reckon One

Search Panes save time and mitigate choosing an incorrect account. For example:

Add a search pane to the Account Enquiry Report to enable the user to enter a partial account name for the selected accounts option - currently the accounts appear in a drop-down box (account name only - please add account codes). This report also requires an option to exclude Archived Accounts.

A search pane is also required in the Chart of Accounts.

    I like this idea @LisaMG, thanks for raising it and welcome to the Community🙂

    So if there was a search bar/pane, you'd like it to have 'type ahead' to dynamically present results eg. account names based on the text being input as you go?

    Yes to account names based on the text being entered. And, please also include Account Codes so users can be sure we have selected the correct account - rather than unknowingly selecting an unused or archived account with similar name.

    Also, the drop-down box would be much more effective if it only contained Active Accounts with an option to switch to Archived Accounts.
