Saff file export

I exported the file using super export, saved it as a csv file, uploaded to Australian Super and got a wrong file format error. Would appreciate any help.
I realise some of the details within the file may be incorrect but I had to start somewhere and the incorrect file format is confusing me

In your screenshot there's a link that says change file format, what does that do? Does it come up with any other options you could select?

no Eric it doesn’t but what confuses me is the file is CSV as I downloaded but that import window refers to csv v2

I have to go out now so will do some more experimenting tomorrow

I finally sorted this out tonight with a couple of tweaks, date format was one.
