How to show a detailed P+L in order of regular P+L ????

I am trying to get a P+L in detail. The best I can do is the General ledger report. However it comes out all mixed up, not in the order of my P+L. I manage houses and have the sub account under H1 and H2 etc, but they are not displaying in that order when getting a general ledger report. Any ideas would be appreciated. When I get a P+L report they are in the proper order. Cheers in advance Anita

    Which report is that in your screenshot Anita?

    Does the main P& L report not have enough info in this case?

    The first screen shot was the general ledger showing all accounts. And they seem to not adhere to accounts and subaccounts in any particular order. Just random??

    It is the only option for a report that shows the itemises of expenses, but random so impossible to compare and follow! . I want to see the expences itemised in the case I put H1 laundry charges into wrong account. If you see the profit and loss the accounts are all in order . I am new to R1 and thought I could get a report to itemise in order. i appreciate your time as I am at wits end going in circles. You will see in teh P+L the houses i manage are in order, but totals , not a detailed view. Apreciate your help. On holiday and my accountant in waiting for me! :(

    Hi @Anita ,

    Hey, have you tried using the Show More option to customize the report? It should let you sort accounts in order and show all the subaccounts. In the P&L and in all other reports, you can click on the amount to see what makes up that account.
