Where can I find an audit trail in Reckon One.

I see people saying go to "Accountant" in reports - Reckon One does not have this.

I want to see when a change was made in Pay Items.

    Apologies for the inconvenience.

    Unfortunately, Reckon One does not currently offer that feature. However, the Audit Report can be a helpful alternative for tracking work.

    I’d recommend sharing your idea on our New Idea — Reckon Community. Our team reviews suggestions regularly and collaborates to enhance the experience for our customers.

    @CoreyH the advice about going to Accountant Reports is for Reckon Accounts not Reckon One.

    You can see the history of some transactions but you have to click the option that says view history.

    I don't think it's everywhere so not sure if you're going to find it for pay items but it is in invoices, bills and items from what I've used before.

    Hi @CoreyH ,

    Along with Tanvi’s suggestion, it might be helpful to take a quick look at the transaction as well. This way, you can spot any changes or updates in the history that could give more context. To do this easily, just go to the transaction and click on View history in the top-right corner. I’ve attached an image below for reference.

    @Reeta is that available in the pay items screen that Corey is looking for? I couldn't see it

    My page did not refresh, so I didn’t see Corey's message before I posted mine. Unfortunately, at this point, it’s only available for transactions like invoices , bills, Journals; it’s not an option for pay-items yet.
