RESC figures not matching Salary sacrifice figures

I have an employee who does salary sacrifice.

The RESC figures do not match the salary sacrifice figures.

An amount of $9.44 comes up on the super report in the RESC column.

This amount does not show on the wage slips.

I have been having this problem for years and had to use the work around to fix it and now since the update, the work around, no longer fixes the problem.

I am concerned that when I do the final reporting to STP gov connect for EOFY, that my figures will be out, which will effect the employee.

Please get Reckon to fix this issue. We shouldn't have to do work arounds, when we pay for this software.

Isn't this caused by corruption in the data file? I could be wrong.

Which update are you talking about? I used the steps provided by @Acctd4 earlier this year at eofy time and it worked fine.

Eric, I also followed the steps at EOFY, it worked then but after new financial year install and update the steps no longer worked.

Have you tried doing a super report recently and checked the RESC column?

How do I know if its a corrupted data file?

    Thanks

Yes i ran a super report just yesterday and it was fine.

I'd suggest running a rebuild on your file 3x in succession. That is the recommendation in the community which has proven successful for many

    Thanks Eric.

Do I get Reckon support to do the rebuild or do I do it?

I don't mean for this to sound rude but the fact that you're asking that probably means your file is in sore need of maintenance.

You need to run verify and rebuilds yourself. Search the community here, Reckon have a bunch of posts on file maintenance
