I've got a new computer with Windows 11. I downloaded Personal Plus V31 and got my large data file imported. It operated satisfactorily once, then for a couple of times only after a computer restart, but now it opens with a frozen home screen which only has File and Help on the top line menu. I have to use Task Master to close it. Can anyone help
