RAH SUPPLIER REMITTANCE

A few weeks ago I had an issue where the system stopped when sending remittance advices.

the same thing has happened again this morning. This is the message showing on the screen

and this is the remittance screen, it just goes blank

I can't get out of it without shutting down my pc, which is not ideal.

Why is this occurring?

How many were you trying to send?

How big is your file? Try to verify and rebuild it 3 times in succession and see if that helps

25 in total, a common occurrence.

This verify and rebuild has so far taken me two hours.

I don't know, can't access anything atm as it is rebuilding data file

If it's excessively large then it might be worth considering creating and restoring a portable backup after your 3 rebuilds.
