Easy install of Quicken Home Inventory Manager

Every year there is a problem installing the Home Inventory Manager "module" of Quicken PP. Every year there are multiple phone calls required to resolve the issue. Why does Reckon not produce a simple appropriate installation document for both the financial and the home inventory "modules"? It would save customers allot of frustration and save Reckon money by a reduction of phone calls.

    All those words and yet you haven't described what the actual problem you have "every year". What's the issue so the community can offer some advice if there's any forthcoming
