cant open existing company file after desktop update

i have recently updated my computer to windows 10 now i cant open my company files it or comes up with error message -6123,0

i have tried to open it many times and same result.

could any please help me.

Error -6123,0 on Windows 10 often means a lost connection to your company file. fixed by:

• Restarting the PC
• Checking network/firewall settings … ensuring only ONE computer runs the “host” service, OR moving the file locally.

Try restarting first, then investigate multi-user hosting & file location as primary solutions. 

IMPORTANT: Also, make sure you have activated the new installation (To do this, just click on the File dropdown menu in the Open Company File window) 😁

Turn on windows features on and off

Turn on all the NET. features ON
