I am importing bank transactions but the transactions page doesn't show a bank balance
Hi @Palibar,
The Bank Transactions page is designed to display only the unprocessed new transactions for review and allocation; it does not show a running balance.
You can view your running balance in Reckon One Transactions page where all your processed transactions are entered including invoices, bills, payments, receipts, payroll and any bank transactions that have already been allocated.
I hope it helps.
Thanks. I realized that once I reconciled a couple of months. Problem I have now is that some of the transactions that have been reconciled are still showing up in both the reconciled and the bank transactions pages. If I delete them from the bank transactions they do remain in the reconciled page. Why would that occur?
You may have manually processed certain transactions instead of allocating the bank feeds/bank transactions. So, the bank feeds ended up being a duplicate and they can be safely deleted. Doing so will not affect the record as these are unprocessed bank feeds.
Thank You. I can understand that and I guess that should sort out with time. I'm currently getting started and importing data from bank statements as CVS files so I guess there's some overlap.
New problem. I am trying to import new data for another account. I have created a file for transaction from 1/07/25 to today and exported as CVS but only some of the transactions are showing in reckon. Also shows some as uncleared and the opening balance as cleared but it says I've never done a reconciliation with this account. Plus it isn't all the transactions in the bank statements.
Hi @Palibar ,
You have to allocate these bank feeds to your transactions. Once allocated, they will be reflected as cleared in the Reckon One Transactions. I will provide a link below that offers guidance on how to allocate these bank feeds and also on how to reconcile the account.

Getting very frustrated at present. I am creating a CSV file for one of my accounts. (actually happens with all of them). created from 1/07/25 to today and exported as CSV file. Then trying to import this CSV file into my reckon account but only a handful of transactions are showing in the account. Trying to do reconciles and get all the accounts up to date but nothing seems to work.
Your bank transaction screens probably only show a specific time frame. Usually, it shows the last 60 days of transactions. If you want to see everything, just extend the date range to go further back. You can do this in your Settings. I've attached a quick guide on how to change the number of days.
