Is anyone else not receiving their emailed reports today?
Email log says they are pending.
Email address is correct
I have already restarted my computer.

We have a few customers experiencing this issue, and our development team is currently investigating it further.
To help us narrow this down, could you please confirm whether the emails are not being delivered at all, or if the issue is only with the Email Report? For example, are the emails actually delivered but still showing as Pending in the report?
Hi, I am having the same issue with all computers in our office, we email ourselves Invoices from Reckon to our outlook, today the email is not reaching our outlook they are pending in the email report.

Are you both using Office 365 for your email service ?
Yes I am , I just raised a support ticket with a screen shot of the email report , emails are delivered if sent to the client but not to myself

Before I continue, do you happen to know whether any of the email recipients are using Microsoft Office 365 and/or custom email domains ?
We’ve received an update from our development team, and it appears there is currently an issue affecting Microsoft Office 365. As a result, users who are using Office 365 as their email service may be impacted.
Once the issue is resolved on Microsoft’s end, this should also resolve the behavior you’re seeing in Reckon.

Hi, I wouldn't know if the client that has received the email from Reckon is using Microsoft 365
My IT team said there was nothing i the background that seemed unusual with Microsoft that it would be a Reckon issue, I'll send them your message above.

@HEATHER ASKWITH your IT team is mistaken, it's been an issue all day and it's not just emails sent from Reckon.
We've been dealing with it since 8am and all our office365 emails are failing intermittently.
Your IT should look at down detector and there are reports all over the internet about it. It's very annoying to deal with on a Friday.
Hi, the issue for me is sorted, all emails we were sending to ourselves have now come through. done a couple of tests and seems the issue is resolved.
