Multiple price level lists per account

Can someone look into adjusting accounts so multiple price level lists can be added to a single account.

I have various ranges of products and various price lists for those ranges. I want to be able to tag a particular pricelevel list from mutiple ranges to a particular customer.

Is this possible? At the moment only 1 price level list can be tagged to a customers account.

How are you currently creating your Price Levels ?

They're intended to be assigned per Cust &/or Job so you would normally create them as per those ? 🤔

Hi Shaz, the issue I have is we have different price levels on different ranges of product for different industries, so a set of price levels that may be applicable for one customer in one industry does not suit another from a different industry that may buy the same product at a lower or higher rate. As I only have a maximum of 200 price level lists to work with, I have to minimize the amount of price lists I have. Where I may have a customer on price level 1 for 1 range of products, they may need to be on price level 3 for another range they rarely buy versus someone who buys that range more often. Maybe the answer is to have unlimited price level lists available instead of 200 maximum.

Depending on the basis, I would normally create them to be used collectively eg

We have set them up that way, for each individual range, plus we then have a master range that have 2 ranges combined into 1 price list, but now we need 3 - 4 ranges and those prices can just be added to an existing range and we have run out of available price levels lists to create new ones.

What I have not mentioned is that we also have individually tailored price lists that are using the bulk of available price level lists. That is why we have run out of options.

Hi Shaz, also, is there a way you can hide inactive items when creating price level lists? It can be a nightmare with a tailored price level list to have to keep scrolling through inactive products to get to the active products to price.

Any update on the previous?

It looks like you have reached the limit of the capabilities of the software with regard to the total number of Price Level records at 200.

A test import of 500 Price Level records stops at 200.

There does not appear to be an option to modify the behaviour of the Item List items being listed for selection when creating a new Price Level List item.

In the example above, item named "Service Item 1" is inactive in the Item List but is still visible when a new price is being created.

If a tick box like above "Include inactive" was available for price level lists, stocktake lists etc, it would make life much easier. So, is there a plan to increase the amount of price level lists beyond 200, tag multiple price level lists to 1 account, or have a box that can be ticked to remove inactive items from the price level list and stocktake list?
