We want to inform you of an important upcoming change to Reckon Insights.
Following a recent review of our product offerings, we have made the decision to decommission Reckon Insights. The product will remain available until Friday 27 March 2026, after which it will no longer be accessible.
If you have an active Reckon Insights subscription it will remain active until Friday 27 March 2026, at which point it will end.

When will I no longer be able to access Reckon Insights?
Reckon Insights will remain available until Friday, 27 March 2026. After this date, the product will be fully decommissioned and you will no longer be able to access any data within Reckon Insights.
Why are you decommissioning Reckon Insights?
Over time, we've found that Reckon Insights - while powerful - does not meet the needs of most of our customer base due to its complexity and advanced capabilities. With limited adoption and ongoing infrastructure costs, it no longer makes sense to continue investing in the product.
We're choosing instead to focus our resources on enhancing Reckon One and our mobile apps, where we see far greater demand and customer value.
Are there any alternative products I can use?
We are currently evaluating alternative reporting tools that may be suitable for our customers and will share updates as soon as they are available. In parallel, we’re actively improving the built‑in reporting capabilities within Reckon One to offer simpler, more intuitive reporting options. We’ve already released a multitude of enhancements including new reports, custom saved reports and improvements to existing reports which you can read about here.
Can I export my existing Reckon Insights report before decommissioning?
Yes. You can export your reports in PDF or CSV format any time before Friday, 27 March 2026. We strongly recommend exporting any reports you may need well ahead of this date.
Will I be charged again for Reckon Insights?
The final possible charge for Reckon Insights will occur on Wednesday, 25 February 2026. After this date, no further payments will be processed.
How is my data being handled securely during the decommission of Reckon Insights?
All data used by Reckon Insights is hosted and exists in accounts that are owned and operated by Reckon. No data is stored with or handled by third parties. In the decommissioning process, we will be turning off and deleting some resources that handle the reporting aspect of Reckon Insights, but the underlying data that exists in Reckon One and Reckon Accounts Hosted for daily operation will be untouched.
