Reckon One Future Bank Transactions

Hi,

I have entered a future transaction for payment in March however it doesnt show anywhere accept in my bank files & bills paid is there a way I can change this so it shows up on my bank account "Reckon One Transactions"? (I do not have my bank connected) as I tend to do this when i am going on leave

any advice appreciated

Hi @CarolineS ,

Just to clarify, you have a bill that was paid in advance, but you cannot see this payment reflected in Reckon One transactions. Is that correct? I tested by creating a future-dated bill and making a payment, which then appeared in Reckon One transaction for me. Have you checked other bank accounts? The payment might have been recorded against a different account.

I checked the linked payment and it is on the correct bank account
