Company Logo and Information in Payslip

Good morning everyone,

I am using Reckon Accounts Hosted. Currently, our payslips generated through Reckon do not display our company logo or company information.
I would like to know how to customize the payslip templates to include our company logo and details. Could anyone please provide me with the step-by-step instructions or guidance on how to make these updates?

you need to find the logo on your computer and upload it to the Q drive. If you have already done that and just can’t find it open My Files and search for it

Have you uploaded the logo to the hosted platform prior to attempting to add it? If not, please upload the logo first. I have attached a video link below that demonstrates how to upload files to Reckon Hosted.

Once its uploaded, you can then add it to the template.

If you need to update your payslip template with your company logo, here’s a quick and easy guide to help you get it done:

Head over to the Lists and Templates section and find the payslip template you're currently using.
Right‑click the template and select Duplicate to create a copy.
Open the duplicated template by double‑clicking it.
Tick the Logo checkbox and upload your company logo.
Once the logo is added, open the Layout Designer to position and align it exactly how you want.
After adjusting the layout, click OK on both screens to save all your changes.

Note: Ensure that when you are sending or printing the payslip, you select the newly edited template.

That’s it, your updated payslip template is now ready to go with your company branding!!😊

Hi @Reeta ,

Thank you. I tried to follow your step, and when I got to step 4 - Tick the Logo checkbox and upload your company logo, I could not upload the logo as the file location I have to choose does not come up. I have attached the screenshot Below.

I tried to open This PC ans Desktop, nothing is coming up. Please advise.
