Session is mirrored when users login

Question

The 1st user logged into his account on his computer, then the 2nd user tried to log in on their computer, it for some reason logs into the 1st users account. And it is then mirroring the 1st users session.

When the 2nd user logs in, it doesn't ask for his log in details eg name and password section. It opens straight to his account.

It doesn't kick off the 1st user off.

It doesn't come up with 'session in use'

That may have been the case on the old Hosted experience. Reckon Hosted was upgraded last year to a new platform. Some more details can be found here:

This must  be a recent thing, as 2nd user would get the message 'session in use' before

Hi @Grushenka

Just confirming, are both users logging into their own individual Hosted accounts and different company users on the data file.

If the 2nd user logs in in with the 1st users account, it will mirror the session.
