Have recently had to move our subscription for Reckon Accounts Home & Business to a new computer. When trying to restore the client backups we had on the old computer, we are having issues as Reckon only gives the option to upload .QDF files:
Our client backups are .rkn files and therefore aren't even showing up as options to restore.
How can we restore these .rkn backup files?
