Fixing Invoice Email error. 550 5.7.1 Policy-DT510: Rejected content policy violation

Hi, I have just started getting this Error message

(550 5.7.1 Policy-DT510: Rejected content policy violation) . I have been sending Invoices using Reckon One via email successfully to a customer for a while and now they are getting bounced back with that error code. I have sent the customer an email to test if my emails are arriving, which they do get through.

I use gmail for emails. I have a desktop computer running windows 11, and use Outlook to send and receive emails.

Any help will be appreciated.

Does it happen when you send a new invoice Phil? Or just the one particular one?

Has the client changed their email address security?

It happens with new invoice, I have not tried sending an old invoice.

Not sure about clients email security, but I think they have upgraded computer.

Well I think my issue is fixed, I resent a past invoice that my customer had received from a few weeks ago. That invoice emailed successfully, so I then emailed the current new invoice and that sent successfully.
