Is Read Only access available without purchasing another user licence?

Question

Our accountant has no other clients using Reckon and she has been advised that there is no option to install Reckon as a Read Only access, even temporarily, to allow her to access our file as supplied on a USB.  All of our user licences are currently being used and to get another user licence would cost $1370.   An option is to provide her with remote access but I was wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?

We have Reckon Accounts (Desktop) Enterprise v34.

Yes, there used to be a specific AU page to register for any RA product trial access but it doesn’t look like they have that anymore  🤔

That's a great idea to create a user with view only access, I'll set that up. She's never altered anything before, I've always made any changes so as it doesn't affect my reconciliations etc, but a view only user would ensure that no changes were accidentally made.

Can you get trial versions for all versions of Reckon?
