Do I need to change anything when using a new clearing house?

Question

Just wondering if I am already set up and been using the ATO clearing house do I have to change anything when I start using a new clearing house or will everything be already set up for SAFF file? Also is anyone else going to use the Colonial First Choice clearing house?

Just wondering if it's OK?

Im going to be using the Colonial First Choice clearing house too. Ive only just got my welcome letter so will have a challenge ahead of me setting everything up and then seeing if it works!

in the one I’m using I exported the Saff file, uploaded to the clearing house and it entered all the employees, I didn’t have to do it manually
