How to print Qty on my Report?

Hi Everyone,

I need to print a report for a Sub-contractor and include how many hours they have worked for us per invoice for the quarter: Jan-Mar 2026.

I've tried to go through Reports, I've tried to print FastReport, and each time I've included "Qty" but nothing shows up.

I'll attach screenshots so you know which part I'm trying to include in my report.

I'm needing this for a few Sub-contractor so I can work out when to start paying their payroll tax and super in NSW.

Any help appreciated.

The Qty value is 'inside' (a line item) of the Bill transaction.

The FastReport is showing the 'outside' part of the Bill transaction.

Consider using a Custom Transaction Detail report.

You can modify the report and in the Display tab, add the Columns you want such as Item and Qty.

The in the Filters tab you can filter for specific Name (of the Supplier) and specific Items if needed.
