Bank data feed

I am trying to set up a data feed from Westpac Bank to my Reckon Personal Plus. The relevant Westpac page says that the data feed must be set up with (Reckon) before I can continue to set it up in within Westpac.. I cant find where to do this within my Reckon account.. Can anyone please help?

I don’t believe bank feeds are available for Reckon Personal Plus. They’re only supported in our other products, such as Reckon One and Reckon Accounts Hosted.

You can still import bank transactions though by following our help article here:

I download my Westpac data directly into my Personal Plus firstly from the Westpac site then into my Personal plus, Call me if you want a more details description. 0418907140
