Sub Customer - Account Hosted

Hi there,

Help please, I have a main entity that has about 10 sub customers that each get an separately addressed invoice.  I need to produce a clean statement for the main entity. Currently it would be 10 separate customer pages

I found another post that said Sub Customers could be created, this would solve my problem, however that doesn't seem to be possible on Hosted.  Another post said to check the 'sub customer' box but this is not available in Hosted Customer Information. Another suggested dragging the customer under the parent entity to make it a sub-customer, this is also not possible in Hosted.

There are very limited customisation options in the Statement section.

Surely there is a simple way to do this?

Unfortunately, there is no setting that can be changed to have the order of the entries in that statement changed.

The alternative is to use a Per Job setting.

Thankyou, there's a bit of work to rearrange everything like that, but it does work.

When creating a statement, the items are listed alphabetically by 'Job Name' rather than by invoice date, so overdue invoices can be listed somewhere inbetween a list of current ones.

Is there a way to have them list by invoice date? or paid status, rather than by name?
