Cheaper product

Question

I have been in business using QuickBooks and later Reckon Hosted for 19 years. We have now downsized and only issue around 40 invoices a month, compared to the hundreds we previously processed. With the reduced workload, I can no longer justify the yearly fee of $1,064 to continue using your service.

However, all our customer details and historical records are stored in your system, and I don’t want to start again with a new platform. Is there any option to continue using your service at a lower cost, given our significantly reduced usage?

I posted this elsewhere previously but we made the move from Hosted over to Reckon One earlier this year and I wish we had done it sooner.

It's so much more modern and very easy to use. Doesn't hurt that it's cut our cost down by half as well.

It doesn't do everything Hosted does, but like you, we don't use anything overly complex so if you're in the same boat it might be a good fit.

There is a learning curve as well so be prepared for that

You can always go to reckon one and reckon will convert your data for the last couple of years so there should be enough information coming that will allow you to carry on.
