IMporting Clock In and Clock Out data

Question

During Old Payroll Premier, we used to import MitreFinch time Record data into Old Payroll Premier. In Recon One, we cannot do it.

We have around 20 branches , casual employees work short shifts. Looking for a new time recording system that help us to import time data to Reckon Time sheets.

What time record software do you use.

Here is the info about the Timesheets feature of Reckon One.

It does not have an in-built functionality to import timesheet data from external sources such as CSV files.

Reckon One does have an API that can allow a 3rd party developer to create an integration to Reckon One that would create a Time Entry record.

If you find a time recording software that meets your needs but does not currently have a direct integration with Reckon One, which can export its time records such as in a CSV format, you could engage with a developer to get a custom solution that could transform that CSV data and use the Reckon One API to get it in your Reckon One book.

I haven't used it myself but my understanding is that Reckon One has it's own timesheet option. Could you consider using that?
