I am having trouble importing bank statements can someone help me step by step process, I am new to this, it was importing fine until it got bit messy with rules so I went and dowloaded the file again under a new fake bank account and after my job was completed i went and deleted the fake bank account…now i am unable to import bank statement, it says Reckon is unable to verify the financial institution information for this download…please someone help
