Webinars?

I am just wondering why I am being asked to pay for webinars all the time, I have joined a few and I may have gotten a few helpful hints in the past but mostly just more questions. If I pay for my subscription to Reckon Hosted shouldn't Reckon at least have the info to help me with all the new stuff and any new EOFY procedures that may be needed and if they do where do I find it?

Reckon's own webinars are free. The ones you're referring to are those by Clayton Oates from Q&A Business. These are Clayton's own content that he writes & presents, not Reckon's. Clayton is a specialised Accredited Reckon partner (like myself) so his sessions are in-depth masterclasses with extensive resource manuals & can be used towards CPE requirements (as opposed to a basic customer service rep, just giving a talk/brief overview of a product or feature)

You can find plenty of Reckon's own content - including lots of basic Reckon product/feature demos, as well as MS Office & general business tips - available for free online, here on this forum, as well as:

The in-product help is also actually very good.

Clicking on Reckon Accounts Help within your program takes you to the extensive product Help section where you can browse a category/headings on the Index tab or look up specific words, topics or phrases under the Search :

Most windows also have both an Ask box - where you can type a specific question - as well as a How Do I? dropdown menu, with commonly-asked questions for that particular screen (NOTE: You need to be in Multiple windows view to display these) :

Lastly, Reckon also has a YouTube channel with lots of free resources including webinars :
