When you set up YTD amount for RFB, is it possible to change YTD adjustment date to any other date besides the 31/03 each year? Our HQ is in overseas and because the financial year in HQ is end of March every year so book is closed. The accountant advised me I can enter later date. But it seems if I enter correct date of FBT year date automatically changes to 31/3 as below.

If I can change to the date to after 31/3 then would it be a problem to report STP EOY Finalisation.

RFB should be added on to the employee's last paycheque for the FBT year (eg paid on or before 31/03) :

Hi Shaz,

My company's accountant advised me that RFB can enter after 31st of March / last pay cheque of FBT year.

That was my aim. If I enter RFB in June 2026 paycheque, is that cause any problem- like STP reconciliation.

@OMICAdmin STP doesn’t report each pay run independently. Instead, it updates YTD balances each submission … so won’t your HQ also need it reflected pre-their closure date (31/03) ? 🤔

Hi Shez,

For HQ book is closed already. They would not accept the change of any kind after our report submission.

That is why, I am hoping I can change the date of YTD adjustment date to 1st of April or 30th of June so on.

If it isn't possible, I just have to explain, it doesn't affect liability or expense account balance.

Yes, ideally you would enter it in line with the FBT year but as long as it’s shown in the applicable FY, in that case it should be fine to enter it afterwards 😁

Okay. Thank you, Shaz. So it will go back to very first question how? as you can see in the first screen shot it automatically comes up 31/03/2026 as the adjustment date. Could it change that to any other date?

So as stated previously, enter it on the last Paycheque … but for the FINANCIAL year (on or before 30/06)
