TPAR EOFY

Question

The TPAR report for 2025 2026 is out on two Sub-Contractors, one amount paid has not been picked up in both the TPAR report or the Subcontractors report.  The set up is correct. One of the Sub-Contractors has worked with us over the years, have not had a problem in the past.

Any ideas would be appreciated

@agofarm If you’re using a custom-created report for comparison with the TPAR window, it will likely be due to the filters set, particularly:

* Multiple (Supplier) names manually ticked - You will need to tick additional/untick N/A ones & re-Memorise the report, to update it

* If you’re using Supplier Type, you may have forgotten to fill that in on one/some Supplier records, in which case, the report won’t be displaying any transactions for those Suppliers

* Make sure your report is set to Cash (NOT Accrual !) - TPAR is based on Bill PAYMENTS only (not the Bills themselves !)

* The in-built TPAR section is unable to display Cheques, Bill Credits, Credit Card Charges/Refunds or GJs … so if you’ve used any of those, they won’t be displaying either 😬

Thankyou.  I have checked all and is correct.  I will have to remove the TPAR on the Supplier List update and then reinstate.  I think that is the only way around it.

@agofarm I'm not sure exactly what could be causing the issues with your two subcontractors, but you can drill down on each subcontractor to see what payments and what bills are linked.  So hopefully you can work out what is missing and rectify it if necessary.  I've included a screenshot of one of our subcontractors to show the detail of each payment and bill.

The ATO prefill, will be for your subcontractor after all the TPAR's have been lodged.  That will make it easier for the subcontractors to include all their payments.  We still need to lodge our reports by the 28th August.
