Correct a STP submission

We switched payroll systems & when we made the STP event for all employees to be a ZERO value (we added the opening balances to the new payroll program) but one employee had their wages added in, instead of the value being ZERO & I need to correct this for the employee but i don not know how to create a ZERO update event. Can you please help me

Hi @payroll_cyc,

To submit a nil/zeroed out Single Touch Payroll (STP) report in Reckon Accounts, you need to manually edit the submission file. This is commonly done when clearing previous records after switching software or fixing reporting errors.
