I am needing to add piece rate to our payroll and also the hours worked during the day while receiving piece rate as our employees are back packers and need to do there 88day for their visa.

You can create an Addition-type Payroll Item for Piece Rates & choose Qty so you can enter the number each pay đ
The Visa relates to a timeframe in days, not hours. Their Payslip will show the pay period (days) đ
