How do I refresh Reckon License

Question

Hi we have recently paid our annual subscription for Reckon licenses and received confirmation of payment.

Our Reckon files are now saying our licenses are about to expire.  How do we refresh the license so we can continue to use beyond the expiry date?

You are not opening the latest version so delete the shortcut that you have been using, give me a call and i will see what you are doing.

We have installed the latest version and activated it.   Our Reckon subscription licenses were due this month and have been paid.

Now we are getting prompts to say our license is about to expire.
