email does go through when i use invoice and payroll

hi, just found a small issue, when i finished the payroll to my employees, i clicked bcc email to myself, the email does not turn up in my mailbox. it did work fine before.

same issue with invoice today, i am not sure if the invoice in customer mailbox already. but its not in my mailbox when i clicked 'email' buttom, so i m not too sure whether customer has received it. also in the 'email status' will be changed to 'sent' when invoice sent out. but i clicked multiple times today, the email statue sitll remains 'unsent'

i double check my email are working fine by receving and sending out.

Hi @diliu ,

Sometimes emails may be routed to your spam or junk mail folders. Have you confirmed with the employee whether they have received their payslips?

Also, you can verify the email status by checking the Email History, which is located at the top right of your screen. This will provide you with the delivery status of emails sent, such as payslips or invoices.
