Can't figure out how to share GovConnect

Hello

We have a client that uses Reckon Hosted and we lodge STP for them.  Many years ago they shared the GovConnect file with us and now we would like to share it with another user as that user is about to go on holiday.  For the life of the client they cannot find the log in they used to share it with us initially, they have tried all the log ins they have, but every time once they log in and click on "Reckon GovConnect" they see the attached "Get Started" screen, instead of their "Launch Single Touch Payroll" file, so they can't click the 3 dots to "share with user".  We definitely cannot share from the file we have access too, it just has the options "unshare with me" or "hide govconnect", thats how we know it must have been shared to us.  Any ideas? Thanks so much!!

Hi @Sharlien,

I sent you a message, I located the account the GovConnect is sitting on for you and they would just need to reset the password, login and share the tile to the desired user.
