Using 2 kitchen printers

I need to have 2 kitchen printers connecting to my pos.  Please advise me how to do it.

    Hi j,

    1. Go to the Tools menu and click Options.

    2. Click the Kitchen Printer tab.

    3. Click the Type drop-down arrow and select your printer (make sure that your printer model is on the list or it is not supported).

    4. Click the Terminal drop-down arrow and select the Terminal that the printer is connected to.

    5. Click the Connected To drop-down arrow and select the port that the printer is connected to.

    6. (Optional) If your printer has a paper cutter, select the Printer has a paper cutter check box.

    7. In the Receipt Header Caption field, enter a caption to appear on the top of the kitchen receipt.

    8. Click OK.

    Thanks for the advise..what if I want to use 2 different kitchen printers connected to single terminal..

    Hi j,

    Unfortunately you can only have one kitchen printer per terminal, you will need to purchase additional terminal to use both.

    However, you can use a kitchen printer and a receipt printer.
