Mutiple Department for single employee

We have few employees working two or more departments, what we do is when running payroll create two Pay ID’s for the same employee & run the payroll. But this lead to wrong calculation of Super SG amounts. Is it possible to run the payroll for an employee using same Pay ID for two department in one go? If yes, please forward me any link or guide materials

Hey Harsha,
Thank you for your thought provoking question.
I've consulted with our specialists who have advised us that it is technically impossible to assign an employee to more than one department within Payroll Premier. It is recommended to set up a new department for employees working in more than one department.
You may wish to consult with your Accountant regarding the implications this would have for you.
