Can't add logo at all

I cannot add a logo to any invoice/sales reciept as it says the file name is too long the instant i tick the box. I cannot add the image in the layout designer for the same reason.

Please be aware I have no file selection box appear at all. this happens as soon as I tick the box or select add image.

    Hi Melanie,

    Try this link to an article on the Reckon knowledge browser:

    Otherwise I believe this may be talking about the file name of your company.

    Try taking a back up of course, and then restore it to a new spot (like a folder on your desktop called test) and when you restore it change the name of the file, and see if that works.

    Otherwise you can also try in the company drop down menu > company information > and change the company name there, not the legal name of course.
