I use Reckon Accounts Plus 2014. My bank is Commonwealth. I have exported transactions as "Quicken(AUS).qif" file.

When I import (File->Utilities->Import->Bank Statement Files) I get an error message "reckon accounts is unable to verify the financial institution information for this download".

What does this mean? How do I fix this? I want to be able to import so I don't have type.

Thank you.

Hi there. Have you set up the online banking in the account in Reckon?

    Hi Kevin,

With the release of new version of Reckon Hosted.
I cannot import now my bank statements (qif file) saved in my local pc.
I tried the two blue buttons on the top page (upload and download)
but it won't works and nothing happened.
I can't see the uploaded files (qif) in B and Q drive to download from
the import bank statement menu in Quickbooks.

The online bank and credit accounts are already set up.
    Please help.

    Many thanks,

    Rod Parungao
