How to Reinstall Accounts Personal 2013 from a download?

Experienced the "Transfer Cancelled" problem with Personal 2013 so followed the advice of uninstalling Quicken which I had bought by download. How do I re-install from the Reckon site

Hey Bill, welcome to the Reckon Community and thanks for your post. Download the trial version from our website, disregard the trail IKC you are given and then use the same IKC you have. If you need any support with your IKC give our customer service team a call on 1800 RECKON (8am-6pm). Hope this helps.
