How do I connect to Jobber - Sync option does not appear

I am trying to sync Jobber with reckon accounts online and it says go 2.Choose File > Set Up Intuit Sync Manager but this is not an option in the drop down menu

    Are you sure this program with Reckon Accounts? Have you spoken to the vendor?

    I just looked at the Jobber website. I can't see anywhere where it says it integrates with Reckon Accounts.
