Opening Quicken Personal 2011 file in Accounts Personal 2015

I have just purchased Reckon Accounts personal. I previously used Quicken Personal 2011, and have the data saved, however when I attempt to open the file I get the following message "Unable to load DLL C:\Program Files (x86)\Reckon Accounts Personal\convert03\qd3.dll". Since the data was being read in Quicken 2011, what do I do now?

    Hi Sue, please make backups of the data. After this you would need to uninstall 2011 and then install 2015. Then you can install and open the datafile. If the data file is still not opening it would be worth checking out the steps listed by Trevor here.
