Stock Level Descrepencies

Hi there , I use the inventory function and re-order points to monitor and keep track of my stock . Recently I have found descrepencies where looking at items in stock via Inventory report shows me a different figure as to looking at the item list? Item list actually seems more correct. As our stock levels are crucial to our trading I would really like to get this sorted.

    Hi Tony if you run a quick report on the item you can see the movement in the stock item. This might give you a pointer to where the issue arises

    Hi Tony,

    99% of the time the issue is always with dates when it comes to inventory.

    Your item list doesn't include dates and so will show "all" movements.

    So as Kevin mentioned the Fast Report (right click on the item) will show you the ins and outs.
