HAB2015 - Why am I no longer able to export to QIF?

I have been working on trying to get my data file to be stable without much luck! (Separate question logged).
I decided to bite the bullet and export all the transaction out of my old data file and import into a brand new clean one.
HOWEVER I discovered that the Export to QIF is no longer available.
It most certainly was there in my 2014 version... Please explain why you have removed this from the 2015 version.....

I need the same facility. It seems that it's almost impossible to get anything out of Quicken. Why has this question not been answered for 5 months?
