Help - New scanner installed and doesn't bring up a product when scanning a barcode, instead opens customer layby. How do I get it to scan the products normally? The scanner is a CipherLab 1560.

    Thank you, Andrew. It was lacking the tilde so I contacted the manufacturer of the scanner and reprogrammed it. Now it's working :)
