Error C=343 Reckon Accounts 2015 on Server 2012 R2

Hi,
I'm having a little trouble getting Reckon Accounts 2015 to run on Server 2012 R2.
It's a freshly installed server with no previous copies of Reckon Accounts.
RA installed fine, but when I open up I get error C = 343.
It will then open RA and let me open the file, but after I type in the username/password, it returns to the welcome screen of RA.
Has anyone seen the same issue?

Hi Sally and Adrian,
I have tried both those suggestions and unfortunately neither have made the difference.
My IE enhanced security is now off and I've reinstall and reregistered msxml to no avail.
If you have any other suggestions, feel free to fire them at me!

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling in Safe mode?

Hey there,
I know this is a little old now but for those who get here via Google, I ultimately fixed it by selecting 'Windows XP (Service Pack 3) under 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' section of the Compatibility tab.
