Reckon price downloads-nothing since 9 July 2015

Yet again Reckon has not been downloading prices for the share function since 9 July 2015 and they don't seem to notice. Others have the same experience. When is it going to be fixed? I used to be a RKN shareholder but no more. Anyone know anything about this?
