Just a word of caution
Over the weekend I ran 'Drive the Life' Driver Update utility, it found that my Audio Driver was out of date and installed a new driver. This morning when I went to start Reckon H&B 2013 I got the dreaded 'this is not the same computer.......' message. As there were also a couple of Microsoft updates installed over this period I was unsure what had caused the Reckon issue, so I restored the system to last Friday and Reckon started OK. Running the 'Drive the Life' utility again caused the same problem. So be aware

Hi Atlanta,
Thanks for the warning.
The error message will come up if some component on your PC with a unique identifier is changed. The license file cannot confirm this computer as being the same computer that registered the product.
It could be as simple as a change in the UAC setting.
Other reasons are:- A different user with lower permissions is trying to launch the software
- you have changed a major component on your PC that changes the identity of the computer – eg. motherboard, memory chip, NIC or hard disk.
Hope this helps.
regards,
