Financial Calculators and Support links not working

I have an annual licence to Reckon Accounts Home and Business 2015. When I try to access the Superannuation calculator the Managed Funds Calculator and Online Support I get the following error message

Redirect Page Not Found

Key : 404;http://redirect.reckon.com.au:80/reckonaccounts_2015_AU/Superannuation

    Welcome to the Reckon Community.

    I just tried those links and they worked as expected.

    Do you stil get the problem after restarting the programme?

    If you click on the Full Browser button on the Icon Menu line, does it open up properly?
    the Superannuation link should open to:
    https://www.moneysmart.gov.au/tools-and-resources/calculators-and-apps/superannuation-calculator?&am...

    If it does open here and you continue to get the 404 error whenever you select the option in the programme, then the browser part of the programme has become corrupt.  The only solution will then be to uninstall and reinstall the product.
