How do I create a price level for other charges in Reckon Accounts Premier 2014

I am using Reckon Accounts Premier 2014 and would like to set up price levels.  I have turned price levels on in Preferences but when I go to Price Level List --> New, not all of my items show up.  Most items we use are under the "Other Charges" type and these are the ones I can't see.  Is it not possible to set price levels for Other Charges or is there something I'm doing wrong?

    Hi Mia,

    Thanks for asking.

    Price Levels are only applicable to Inventory, Non-Inventory and Service charges.

    Are you able to re-work your other charges item in a Service Item?  You can just change the type in the Item setup screen (just take note once its been changed to Service it cannot be changed back, so make a fresh backup in case you need to go back).

    Hope this proves acceptable.
